All collections must be reported within 14 days by the relevant freezing facility.

This Certificate should be accompanied by a copy of the DEFRA import licence, unless the semen has been collected in, and imported from Eire.

This Certificate should be supported by a confirmation by fax/e-mail, arranged by the receiver of the semen, from the relevant Stud Book authority that the collection of semen has been registered with it.
